<br>(For pilot operated valves, the external pilot type must be selected and additional piping is also required.)<br>The vacuum type models are the VT307V, VT317V, and VT325V, and the operating pressure range is -101.2 kPa to 0.1 MPa.<br>They can also be used to switch between vacuum adsorption and vacuum release. (Vacuum holding is not possible as some air leakage is unavoidable.)
