The 25A- series variations are compatible with secondary battery manufacturing for electronics, automotive, and other vehicle types.  25A-PFMB is a digital flow sensor compatible with air and nitrogen.  Its thermal sensor is protected in a bypass flow path to reduce contact with moisture and contaminants, avoiding accuracy deterioration and damage.


Approx. 0.0035 MPa/m for a port size 15A thermo-chiller (Note 2), approx. 0.0026 MPa/m for a port size 20A thermo-chiller (Note 2), and approx. 0.0022 MPa/m for a port size 25A thermo-chiller (Note 2). The 3-digit LED display can be red or green, changing when a set point is reached.  Either instantaneous or accumulated flow can be shown.

The MXQ*B has higher rigidity than the MXQ*A type for equivalent bore sizes, or can be down sized one bore size for equivalent rigidity requirements to save on air consumption. Its recirculating ball bearings are matched by size to each slide table with a slight negative clearance resulting in greater accuracy.
