The INR-244-832 compact chiller use a Peltier thermoelectric device, rather than a refrigeration circuit, to extract heat from the cooling loop.  This 150W capacity chiller has a next-generation design with a footprint 80% smaller than the HEC-A chiller with similar capacity.  Volume is 88% less, and weight is 70% lighter as well.
