SMC's LAT3 card motor is a compact, thin (same size as a business card) electric slide table with a linear motor and displacement sensor integrated into one unit.  It is compact and lightweight with positioning and measurement capability. The LATC4, card motor controller offers 2 methods of step data setting.  Takt time entry allows easy programming by inputting just 3 parameters: positioning

The position ranges should be set as follows: Position 1 Position 2. Part No. Range Resolution LAT3-10 0 to 10 Refer to the 0.03 LAT3-20 0 to 20 Area Range table on the LAT3-30 0 to 30 right. LAT3M-50 0 to 50 LAT3F-10 0 to 10 LAT3F-20 0 to 20 0.005 LAT3F-30 0 to 30 LAT3F-50 0 to 50 This determines the condition for when the INF signal is activated.
