The 25A- series variations are compatible with secondary battery manufacturing for electronics, automotive, and other vehicle types. 25A-PFM7 is a digital flow sensor compatible with air, nitrogen, argon and carbon dioxide. The 3-digit LED display can be red or green, changing when a set point is reached. Either instantaneous or accumulated flow can be shown.
The MXQ*B has higher rigidity than the MXQ*A type for equivalent bore sizes, or can be down sized one bore size for equivalent rigidity requirements to save on air consumption. Its recirculating ball bearings are matched by size to each slide table with a slight negative clearance resulting in greater accuracy.
The MXQ*C has a compact design and two auto-switches can be mounted into one groove on the same side. Its recirculating ball bearings are matched by size to each slide table with a slight negative clearance resulting in greater accuracy. The MXQ's thinly formed special stainless steel slide table reduces thickness allowing for a larger guide pitch providing high rigidity.
