Its an elegant solution to an expensive problem. We have developed a new and significant cost saving procedure for laser cutting Kalrez seals from sheet stock for solenoid valve plunger assemblies.

The cushion effect (smooth start-up, soft stop) cannot be obtained in an intermediate stop or a return from an intermediate stop using an external stopper, etc.
