SY series valves have polarity when the electrical entry is a grommet or L/M plug connector with a surge voltage suppressor (option “S” or “Z”). The red lead wire is positive (+) and the black lead wire is negative (-). SY series plug-in type valves also have polarity when the type with a surge voltage suppressor (option “S,” “Z,” “NS,” or “NZ”) is selected.
The ring of the S type is brown, and the ring of the L type is black.
However, for the old type, the ring of the S type is silver and the ring of the L type is black.
In addition, there is either an “S” or an “L” molded into the diffuser part.
Calculation formula:
W = P x S x 0.1 x 1/t
(W: Lifting force(N), P: Vacuum pressure(Kpa), S: Area of the pad(cm²), and t: Safety factor of 4 or more for horizontal lifting and 8 or more for vertical lifting)

For the IDG60L/S, IDG75L/S, and IDG100L/S: Replace the product as a whole with the new type.
KKA series S couplers can be selected with check valves on both the socket and plug sides.
The check valve is a mechanism that prevents the flow from leaking from the coupler when the coupler socket and plug are separated.
For KK, KKH, and KK130 series S couplers, there is only a check valve mechanism on the socket side.
Air and water can be used with KK, KKH, and KKA series S couplers, but only air can be used with those from the KK130 series.
The use of other fluids cannot be guaranteed. Refer to the figure below for the operating temperatures.
Note 1) Since the main material of KK130 series S couplers is metal, water cannot be used.
