If the MAIN or ION/HV LED is blinking red on an IZS40 or the MAIN, ION/HV, NDL, RC, or SNSR LED is blinking red on an IZS41/42, the CPU is malfunctioning due to noise, etc. Possible countermeasures include ① keeping the ionizer away from the noise source, ② separating wiring if the power line and ionizer are wired together, and ③ installing a noise filter in the ionizer power supply.
