The CJ2QB16-45 low-friction cylinder has been replaced by the CJ2YB16-45Z smooth cylinder from the C□Y series. It is interchangeable with the CJ2Q series low-friction cylinder.

The standard stroke lengths for standard CJ2 series cylinders (double acting, single rod type) are 15, 30, 45, and 60 mm, but the standard part number can be used for an intermediate stroke length of 23 mm. This model supports intermediate strokes in 1 mm increments (without the use of a spacer).

However, if the temperature exceeds this range, use a high-viscosity ISO VG46 oil (25 to 45°C).
Appropriate viscosities range from 40 to 100 mm2 per second (cSt) at the operating temperature.

Note 1) Old AF30/40 and AF3000/4000 series air filter bowl assemblies can be removed/mounted by rotating the bowl assembly 45° to either the right or the left.
Note 2) For AF10/20 series air filter bowl assemblies, remove the bowl assembly by turning it counterclockwise.
