The angle of my MSQ□30A is adjusted to 90°, but when an external force is applied in the opposite direction of rotation at the rotation end, what appears to be backlash occurs. What is happening?

The double piston construction eliminates backlash, but when the internal piston is brought into contact with the angle adjustment bolt and stopped, the holding torque at the rotation end becomes half the value of the output.
