If a reference point sensor is required for use in conjunction with an LECS series motor driver, mount a separate sensor.
When using return to origin in conjunction with an LECP series controller or an LECPA series motor driver, as a pushing operation is used to return to origin, an origin sensor is not required.
Note that neither is included with the controller. The part number of the teaching pendant is “LEC-T1-3JG(S).”
The controller setting software was formerly a CD-ROM (sold separately), but it can now be downloaded from the SMC website.
The controller setting software can be found here.
If you want to change the corresponding actuators, you must reset these specific parameters.
The setting of these parameters must be performed at one of our factories in order to prevent problems from occurring.
Contact your local SMC sales representative to put in a request for repair.

Example: Positioning operation, operation method ABS, step no. 1 = 50 mm, step no. 2 = 0 mm
The actuator moves forward by instructing step no. 1 to operate, and if step no. 2 is instructed to operate before completion, it will retract and stop at the position of 0 mm.
If there is no terminating resistor, there will be interference during communication.
An SMC terminating resistor (LEC-CGR) can be ordered, or a terminating resistor can be prepared separately by the customer.
Note) “LEC-CGR” is an optional part number of SMC’s gateway unit (LEC-G).
By simply supplying compressed air, large flow rate vacuum and blowing greater than the supply volume is possible.
The ZH□-□-X185 vacuum flow features a discharge flow 4 times the supply air volume and suction flow 3 times the supply air volume.
The ZH□-□-X185 catalog can be found here.
① When there is no piping rotation stopper, the part numbers are as follows: IRV10-01/02□-X3 and IRV20-02/03/04□-X3.
② When there is a piping rotation stopper, the part numbers are as follows: IRV10-01/02□-X28 and IRV20-02/03/04□-X28.
The IRV10 series catalog can be found here.

Replace the element after 1 year of use or when one of the following occurs:
① When the pressure drop reaches 20 kPa at negative pressure:
ΔP(20 kPa) ② When the time until the vacuum pressure is reached is longer than the set time of the device:
set time (T) ③ When there are no remarkable changes in the operating environment conditions (vacuum ÷ release frequency, dust amount,
To only remove water droplets, use an AMG series water separator.
To remove water vapor (dehumidify), use an ID□ series air dryer.
“Dry air” refers to air that has been dehumidified by an air dryer. Note that water separators cannot remove water vapor, so if the temperature drops in subsequent pipes, water droplets will be generated.
Without auto drain: Drain can be discharged by loosening the drain cock at the bottom of the body housing (case) by turning it counterclockwise. (After discharge, do not forget to return the drain cock to its original position by tightening it clockwise.)
With auto drain: Normally, drain discharge is performed automatically when drain accumulates, so no action is required.
Note 1) For option “H” (auto drain, 1.6 MPa specification), the auto drain cannot be replaced.
Note 2) Option “J” (drain guide specification) does not have a built-in auto drain.
The new air preparation filter catalog can be found here.
The order number is as follows: INA-63-280 (with gasket and mounting screws).
For AFF/AM □-□T filters which were not initially ordered with an element service indicator (option “T”), the element service indicator cannot be retrofitted.
