VQC1000/2000 series valves do not come with mounting screws or gaskets. For VQC4000/5000 series valves, when a valve is ordered individually, it comes with a mounting screw but no gasket. VQC1000/2000 series valves do not require separate mounting screws as there are clamp screws built into the manifold.
① Standard strokes from 100 to 1000 mm are available in 100 mm increments, and 1200 to 2000 mm strokes are available in 200 mm increments.
② Intermediate strokes can be manufactured from 1 mm in 1 mm increments for the standard model.
③ Long strokes are available up to the max. available stroke length in 1 mm increments.
Note 1) Be sure to use a mist separator in addition to the filters on the inlet side of IR1000/2000/3000 series regulators.

This amount should not exceed 4.4 L/min (ANR) for IR1000/2000 series regulators and 11.5 L/min (ANR) for IR3000 series regulators.
For new IR1000-A/2000-A/3000-A series regulators, 1 L/min (ANR) is the max. amount.
Check to confirm whether the leakage is actually bleed air before taking any further steps.
The old IT1000/2000/IT4000 series, however, can be ordered for maintenance purposes (as of May 2021).
Despite this, we recommend replacing any old products with a current ITV1000/2000/3000 series product.
Note) If the input signal of the old IT series product was a 2-wire type current type, only 4 to 20 mADC signal wiring was required, with power supply wiring not required.
