When replacing an old AR series regulator with the following conditions (A to E), select a regulator from the AR20-B to AR60-B series.
(A) The set pressure is 0.7 to 0.85 MPa. (B) A square embedded type pressure gauge or digital pressure gauge is required. (C) The same dimensions for panel mounting are required. (D) A regulator with a backflow function is required.
ISA2.eng Manual lock Throttle CAUTION indicates a hazard with a low level of risk which, if not avoided, could result in minor or moderate injury. Caution: Spacer (Y200-A) Regulator (AR20 series) WARNING indicates a hazard with a medium level of risk which, if not avoided, could result in death or serious injury.
If option “H” is selected, a set nut will be included with the product (e.g., AR20-01GH-A).
The set nut can also be purchased as an individual part. Refer to the “Option/Part Nos.” section in the AR series catalog.
Note that the type with a bracket always includes a set nut.

The part number of the standard AR20 to AR60 round type pressure gauge is “G36-10-01,” or “G46-10-01”(for the R thread type).
For example, the part number of the AR30-03BG-A pressure gauge is “G36-10-01.”

The part numbers of standard AR20 to AR60 round type pressure gauges are “G36-10-01” and “G46-10-01”(for the R thread type).
For example, the part number of the AR30-03BG-A pressure gauge is “G36-10-01.”
Do not use the spacer (with a bracket) of the AC series unit for high-pressure specification (special order part number suffix “-X425”) products.
When assembling high-pressure special order products, AF20 to 60-*-A-X425 and AR20 to 60-*-B-X425, prepare a nipple for installation.
Options include a mounting bracket and set nuts for panel mounting, and a pressure gauge.
