As a guide, it should be replaced after 6000 to 8000 hours of operation.
For the HRS012/018/024/030 option “T” (high-pressure pump) and the HRS050/060, after 8000 hours, alarm code “AL28” (pump maintenance) will be activated.
We recommend that you check for leaks and replace the mechanical seal at this time. Consider requesting maintenance from a maintenance company.
For the HRS012 to 060 and the HRSE series, alarm code “AL29” (fan motor maintenance) will be activated every 20,000 hours of operation (Note 1). Consider requesting maintenance from a maintenance company. We can recommend service providers if needed.
The default setting for alarm code “AL09” is continued operation for the HRS012 to 060.
