In addition, KF series insert fittings with a brass sleeve can be used in temperatures of up to 150°C, and KFG2 series stainless steel 316 fittings can be used in temperatures of up to 260°C. The max. operating temperature of TL/TIL, TLM/TILM, and TD/TID series tubing (fixed use) is 260°C for air/inactive gases and 100°C for water. And the max. operating temperature of TH/TIH series tubing (fixed use) is 200°C for air/inactive gases and 100°C for water.
Since the melting point is about 260°C, which is lower than PTFE or PFA, the highest operating temperature is 200°C.
