Connect the piping so that the inlet temperature of the facility water will be lower than 40 oC. To prevent foreign matter such as dust from getting in the facility water to the equipment, flush the piping before connecting. Dust or oil in the piping can cause cooling failure or other failures of the equipment. Connect the attached Y-shaped strainer to the facility water inlet.
