The double vane style offered on the 90° and 100° rotation allows twice the torque of the single vane. Bearings are used throughout the series to support thrust and radial loads. In addition, rubber bumpers are used internally (except for size 10) making this series highly reliable.

Standard cylinders series 90-CDQ2 and 91-CDQ2 provide a space- saving design and exceptional service life. 90-CDQ2 is made from materials compatible with secondary battery manufacturing. 91-CDQ2 includes a "Lub-retainer" and is compatible with low dew point (40°C) applications. They feature front snap ring design for easy access to internal parts.

Locking Cylinder series 90-CDNA and 91-CDNA are cylinders with lock, suitable for  mid-stroke stop and emergency stop and drop prevention. 90-CDNA is made from materials compatible with secondary battery manufacturing. 91-CDNA includes a "Lub-retainer" and is compatible with low dew point (40°C) applications.The same holding force in extending and retracting directions is used making it possible
