PF3A7*H digital flow sensors with modular connection provides simple integration with SMC's AC30 and AC40 air preparation units.  The flow sensor provides instantaneous flow data as well as cumulative air consumption values.  These units are available with digital and analog outputs.

Motor operation is provided by the JXC*H High Performance controller line, with PLC, IO-Link or Ethernet fieldbus protocol interfaces.  Actuator dimensions and mounting are identical to the standard LEY, alowing an upgrade for existing equipment.  I/O and actuator cables are also identical to the standard LEY.

A new high performance step motor controller, the JXC*H, pairs with the LEY*F actuator.  The machine's PLC can access the controller's operational and positional step data through several fieldbus protocols, IO-Link, or parallel I/O.  Actuator dimensions and mounting are identical to the standard LEY, allowing an upgrade for existing equipment.

The ASB-H all-metal construction provides superior environmental resistance, making it ideal for use in environments with welding spatter.  The indicator allows the user to easily adjust the flow rate before mounting and operating the cylinder, which helps to reduce setting time and errors. 

By using H-NBR seal material for the main valve and seals, Ozone resistance has been improved.   Side, top and bottom port/pipe directions are available to allow flexible installation.
