The standard air cushion utilizes a floating cushion seal to eliminate piston rod bouncing. The cushion volume has been elevated permitting about 30% more allowable kinetic energy absorption. The port and captive cushion adjustment valve are located on the same side of cap for heightened access.

A switch is optional on the brake cylinder so the operating state of the lock unit (brake piston) can be detected using the switch signal.

Series MXQR, reversible air slide table, uses a recirculating linear guide for high rigidity and high precision.  Ports on the MXQR can easily be reversed on site, with an allen wrench, to suit installation conditions.The MXQR is interchangeable with the MXQ air slide table, as the body and workpiece mounting dimensions are the same.  

It combines the functions of a conventional cylinder, linear motion guide, and non-rotation device. Features include built-in shock absorbers, finite stroke adjustment, bumpers, and switch capability. Other features include: Slide or ball bushing bearings available, built-in shock absorbers and stroke adjustments, high degree of non-rotating accuracy, and high load capabilities.

The MHZ2 series is a standard type parallel air gripper, taking the place of the MHQ*2 series. A linear guide provides high rigidity and high accuracy. MHZ2 can operate under higher pressure even at a larger holding point and overhang. High degree of mounting precision is achieved and mounting repeatability is improved.

CY is available in 9 bore sizes, from 6mm to 63mm with standard stokes up to 1000mm.

Conventional designed guided cylinders have a set bearing length resulting in dramatic decreases in side load capacity as stroke lengths increase. The MGP is the latest generation of guided cylinders and offers higher load capability, longer strokes, 2 port locations, switch mounting grooves on two sides, and a more versatile T-slot mounting than the MGQ series.
