In order to use the VT307V in a vacuum line, how should the piping be connected when workpieces are to be adsorbed when energized and air is to be released (vacuum break) when de-energized?

Looking at the engravings on the body of the product, connect the vacuum pump or ejector to “1 (P),” connect the workpiece (on the vacuum pad side) to “2 (A),” and use “3 (R)” to release the air to atmosphere (or for pressurized air).
