The NCG provides precision mounting, short overall length, and high speed. Rubber bumpers are standard and an optional adjustable air cushion is available. Nine mounting styles include basic body, foot, single clevis, front or rear flange, front or rear trunnion, nose mount, and double clevis. The cushion volume has been elevated permitting about 30% more allowable kinetic energy absorption. The port and captive cushion adjustment valve are located on the same side of cap for heightened access.
Series NCA1 medium duty tie rod cylinders are NFPA interchangeable, have a crimped piston rod assembly, are pre-lubricated and available in 11 mounting styles. Bore sizes range from 1.5 to 4 inches.
