The 13-MXS is a clean room, precision slide table integrated with guides and rails combined with cross roller bearings to isolate the load bearing from the movement of the dual rods and piston seals.

Response speed 13 msec (at 500 mm)/18.5 msec (at 1000mm); Smooth detachment of a work piece without over-blow; No need to adjust the timing when switching between vacuum and positive pressure; No need to design a restrictor circuit for release air; Operating pressure:  Suction (negative pressure): 0 to -100 kPa, Release (positive pressure) : 0 to 0.7 MPa

13-MXS clean room air slide tables, rated for contamination grade 3, are great for applications that call for precise movement ranging from 10-150mm typically requiring a cylinder and precision guide. The MXS is available in 6 bore sizes, each with set stroke lengths and is standard with auto-switch capability.

The 13/22-MXQ, clean room precision slide table uses a specially treated Martensitic stainless steel for its table and guide block to isolate the load bearing from the movement of the dual rods and pison seals to reduce particle generation.
