Air cylinder series CA2 has been introduced with specifications and dimensions equivalent to the existing CA1 series. Several improvements have been made to the CA2 series including lateral load improvement, increase in cushioning capacity and adoption of a new cushion seal. There has been enhanced efficiency in handling for cushion valve adjustment, and weight has been reduced by 5 to 15%
Series LECP6 controller has two available modes for the setting software and teaching box. In the easy mode, the operation can be started by only setting the speed, position, etc. Using the normal mode allows a further detailed setup. A few of the main functions of the LECP6 controller are actuator control, specified force operation, separated power supply, and returning the actuator
The CLA2 cylinder acts as an air-operated brake with spring-backup. When external position feedback sends a signal to an air valve, the brake is actuated and fast-acting shoes grab the actuator shaft. When pressure is removed, the spring automatically locks the brake onto the shaft. Three locking mechanisms are available: spring lock, air pressure lock and air/spring pressure lock. The CLA2
